P\u0159en\u00e1\u0161en\u00edm t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00edch b\u0159emen a m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00edm betonu lopatou jsem ale z\u00edskal perfektn\u00ed kondici a byl jsem zdr\u00e1v jako ryba.A v tom je pr\u00e1v\u011b ten zakopan\u00fd pes, mnoho lid\u00ed dnes pracuje v sed\u011b, manu\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u00e1ci za n\u011b vykon\u00e1vaj\u00ed stroje a kdy\u017e se pak ve voln\u00e9m \u010dase nev\u011bnuj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9mu sportu, m\u00edv\u00e1 to tragick\u00e9 n\u00e1sledky. Na\u0161e p\u00e1te\u0159 nen\u00ed stav\u011bna na to, aby udr\u017eela pohromad\u011b cel\u00fd t\u011blesn\u00fd korpus, od toho jsou tu b\u0159i\u0161n\u00ed a z\u00e1dov\u00e9 svaly a p\u00e1te\u0159 si pouze zachov\u00e1v\u00e1 sv\u016fj p\u0159irozen\u00fd tvar ve vzp\u0159\u00edmen\u00e9m postoji, kter\u00fd se zas d\u00edky sval\u016fm m\u016f\u017ee m\u011bnit p\u0159i pohybov\u00fdch aktivit\u00e1ch.Na t\u00e9to znalosti stav\u00ed i l\u00e9\u010dba t\u011bchto pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed pomoc\u00ed takzvan\u00e9ho SM syst\u00e9mu MUDr. Sm\u00ed\u0161ka cvik\u016f na pos\u00edlen\u00ed bedern\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159e. Cvi\u010d\u00ed se s pru\u017en\u00fdm lanem tak, aby cviky efektivn\u011b posilovaly pat\u0159i\u010dn\u00e9 svalov\u00e9 partie, oslaben\u00e9 nespr\u00e1vn\u00fdm \u017eivotn\u00edm stylem.
